Updates made it intermittent
This was a great app. However The last couple of updates has made the app intermittent. Constantly get messages in a red box saying “can't process request at this time”. Sometimes you can select the parking area and the vehicle but then it “hangs” and doesn't bring up the duration boxes. Other times the message comes up once payment is being processed. Payment sometimes has been taken and sometimes not. Please sort this out as I have had to resort to carrying change around again! Thanks.

Bit rubbish
This app is constantly not working. You can't log in, you can't pay, get freeze when you put your location. Needs to improve. Worse app from all parking aps

Impossible to get the supporting documents by email despite the fact that I have filled in my address and checked the request in the settings. So it's difficult to print all this for my expense reports... grrrrrrr!

No customer relations service in case of a problem! No phone, impossible to reach them by email or other. Just a robot that is useless! Frankly, it sucks these days to still have to meet such a shabby "customer experience"

I've only used it once but the number of hoops I had to jump through to pay for a parking spot was unbelievable. Wouldn't let me choose Google pay. Ok fine but wondering why it is listed. I added credit card, wouldn't let me choose it. A phone call required me to change my non-existent pin. So I jumped through those hoops. I then tried to use a card there but kept getting hung up on by the robo voice. Finally got parking paid for but late for my appointment. Beyond frustrated.

Works well. A bit clunky to set up initially. If you have more than one car registered, it defaults to the first one, which is irritating and costly if you are in a rush. The interface is fairly intuitive but could be improved. Selecting the length of parking is not straightforward and requires a bit of guesswork. Other parking apps seem less complicated. Signage at the carpark was not well thought out or easily readable. If you miss the end parking time by a couple of minutes you cannot renew.
