This app sucks takes way to long to show the information of my pay. With ADP I was informed of my pay at least 1 day before the pay day which allowed me to plan ahead on my day to day needs.

You need to update your app (and website) to allow employees to update their mailing addresses on their own. With multi levels of authentication already in place, there is no excuse for why so many hoops have to be jumped through. My employer cannot even log in and do a simple address update without having to contact your company and waist an hour jumping through hoops. There are already plenty of security checks in place for this to be more streamlined.

I didn't use it. I downloaded it thinking there was a punch in and out option, but there isn't so it isn't very useful for me. Plus I have to log in each time I exit the app which is tedious. Using touch id is helpful, but not worth keeping on my phone.

this has to be the most useless and infuriating app I've ever experienced. how they got a contract with an international corporation like Ace I'll never know. as soon as I open the app it crashes. if I choose wait instead of closing the app it comes right back up but I keep choosing wait long enough to go in and check my schedule but there's no information there. there is no pay or tax info, nothing. I've uninstalled, deleted storage, and repeated that at least 5 times but there is no change.

Functionality and glitches are really problematic. Should be simple solutions but idk. Biggest issue is that it is always logging me out and making me re enter all of my account info for log in. Which when you're using this app to get into a work clock to be paid, kind of a big problem. Losing money on my pay check just waiting for an app to load. I would think there's a solution by at least being able to log that info in, and whenever the app decides to connect to the internet it enters that info into the server.

I think this app is ok . BUT the people running it are stupid and way behind. I put in a request for 2 days off more Than a Month ago and it still hasn't been approved. WHY!!!! YOU PEOPLE NEED TO LEARN HOW TO DO YOUR JOB. Not just you but ITAD COMPANY SU KS. FOR NOT PROVIDING EMPLOYEES WITH UP DATES AND LETTING US NOW THAT THERE WAS EVEN A CHANGE HAPPENING. A very concerned employee..

Not much I can do in this app. It won't allow me to edit anything even though it has the EDIT option, when it takes me to the next screen I can't do anything! I hope they fix this soon.
