The latest update
You guys may already be aware, but the newest update to the 0auth process has been causing a few issues for me. 1) the new login screen never remembers my device and the alert pops up every time I log in. 2) I can't use faceID anymore with the native IOS. 3) the latency for the home page loading after I login has been really bad. I know migrating to a new auth provider is no fun, so best wishes! Thought you should know.

Payment processing
For some reason your payment processor lost my account that I've been using for over 3 years and tried making me pay from two other accounts that I use for emergency only. Hopefully your system doesn't do that again. That's why I gave you a 3 star. Otherwise it has been a 5 star rating

Worst Mortgage company
It is a horrible company with horrible customer service and practices. They are extremely illegal in their practices. Their application doesn't even let you log in correctly. They messed up my payments and then dared to charge me a late fee for their system's incompetence. If you have this mortgage company wait and refinance when it's reasonable and leave them, anyone else is better; it's the worst. Their managers hung up on me explaining my issue.

by far one of the worst companies to manage a mortgage non stop problems from start to finish if it wasn't such a hassle to refinance with someone else would have left them years ago unfortunately they bought my loan and have been stuck with them.

Worst UI i have ever seen. Laggy, clicking stuff 10 times to continue or open e section and so many wrong things which costs time and so money. 5 days to verify an account which can be added only when you make a payment. It can be done in auto, there are many ways to do that in real time.You are making millions of dollars and you cannot afford to have a decent user interface and functionality? Please take a look at what other guys are doing. Web and mobile banking are not new concepts anymore.

App & even website issues/improvements
1. It took me entirely too long to figure out how/be able to get the app & actually make it work. 2. I tried entering my bank account info to make a payment & BOTH the app & website wouldn't do it (causing me to stress & eventually FINALLY be able to add my bank account to make a payment on the LAST DAY before there are late fees) 3. After FINALLY being able to enter my bank information, I submitted a payment for the 1st account… BUT… then I switched to the second mortgage account & HAD TO DO IT AGAIN… what a waste of my time. 4. Spent 20min trying to figure out the “mortgage forbearance that you are boldly/constantly promoting & couldn't ACTUALLY “submit” anything (on both the app & the website).
