Compelled to speak
This is the worst app I have ever used. I had 17 items. I went through the cart at least 6 times because item wasn't available or it could not be picked up at store. I should know that before I hit checkout. And I had to put in my promo code more than once. I also originally started my order when I followed link in email from Petco with my phone which started me in Safari. After a 1/2 hour of shopping, when I hit proceed to checkout it just sat there with no error message. I didn't want to lose my order after all that time so forced to endure a chat session. After some back in forth, I was told to redo the order in google chrome.

Horrible website! Hard to navigate and many, many times I order. It says in stock and when I go to pick up they don't have the items! :::UPDATE: Right after I gave this review I put in another order. It showed everything in stock. Again, half of the things I ordered were not there when I picked up my things. Fix this!

Filters have zero effect
Every time I select to filter availability by my store when I go actually add to my cart it shows not available at my store. I live 30 minutes away from the closest store so having reliable information on the app is priority to me. I find the app to be frustrating and a waste a time. I'll just order from chewy and quit wasting my time with the PetCo app.

Keep having various issues. Lately, I have been prevented from checking on my up and coming repeat deliveries. I click on the repeat delivery section under my account, and it keeps popping up with the ruh-roh error message. I click on retry, and the same error message keeps popping up. Contacted customer support. Nothing has changed, and they were unable to see all my repeat deliveries, which now has me even more concerned about the supplies I will be needing.
