I don't find updating easy repeat order's easy to update . No user friendly

First order never arrived then was cancelled by pets at home due to overlap and wait for next instalment it's now 12 days overdue I can't message due to a number that doesn't work? When I finally get through all I'm told is do you want it sent out or refund 🤔 by now my dogs 🐕 haven't been wormed or flead in two months is that it ?? Great customer service I told them I can't get to a store because of my disability will change review when I get this sorted.

I've updated the app 4 times now, and everytime I can't access my card or vouchers. Is there something wrong with the updates?

I don't use the app for purchases so I can't review that, but I do find it useful at time. But I wish they would make the Not A Robot check bigger for the app. Mine appears in a tiny 2cm square box at the very top of the screen making it virtually impossible to see some things.

It's an ok app, keeps logging you out and there seems to be an update everyday. So I wonder if the app developers know what they are doing having to release so many updates.

New version of app useless- take your money for order, changed to ridiculous delivery date, refuse to refund money until order returned. Customer service unable to get through, live chat on app not much better.

Awful useless rubbish. Since the update I've been unable to see any of my repeat orders. Unable to change any details or see when next delivery due. Last order was sent and payment taken without email being sent to notify me! Nothing in the app works for me, very disappointing & frustrating. Customer service none existent. I sent email to request support as chat didn't work. No reply received for over a week and since I asked for my order to be cancelled, they've dropped off the radar altogethe!
