The app looks like it's been designed by some college student. It's not great and not been tested on different font sizes clearly 🙄

Not fit for purpose
In transferring from Lloyds Direct, I have had to re-add all my medication manually. Some glitch meant it only saved half the meds I need, and only completed an order for half my prescription. You have to select individual meds by your preferred brand name for some reason (which isn't relevant to me) and you can't state the number you need (e.g. you can only tell them the medication name and dosage, not ‘28 a month' or ‘56 a month'). Needless to say, this has caused significant issues for me and my surgery, who are baffled by the odd requests. Meanwhile, my prescription is due and I'm facing possible delays which is very dangerous. Just not fit for the purpose it's set up for.

Worst service imaginable. I have only placed 2 orders so far and both were delayed. My last order was placed on the 11th of April, it's now the 14th of May and it still hasn't been dispatched. How they think it's acceptable to make me wait over a month for my medication is beyond me. As soon as I receive my order I will close my account and never use them again!

Unable to sign in to the app. The spinning circle just goes on and on. Can't contact anyone because the email no longer works, and there is no chat unless I sign in. App is unuseable.

Registration did not work. All ok until I completed the Safe Place option, choosing Other and inputting the other safe place info. At that point the Continue button was inoperable and I could not complete the registration process. Very disappointing.

Was moved over from lloyds to this company and I must say it's useless. How many times do I have to check remember name and password? I do it everytime and everytime i go back im logged out. The app takes ages to load. And you can only set 1 reminder which isn't based on your medication- i can set the same reminder on my phone easier. And they sent me a brand of medication thats specifically on my notes not to send me. Overall useless company and app.

The reminder function is pretty useless as it doesn't tell you what's due to run out. That was the best function in the Lloyds app so I'm disappointed it's not in this one.

Just does not load. Useless. Further to your comments, which when you try to reply to you can only discuss with robot Ana, who won't discuss it and just ends the conversation. The problem is both in WiFi and data. "Loading" is on screen with a blue rotating circle and that loading appears to be infinite.
