It's completely choppy and skips scenes while watching a show. It's not my Wi-Fi because it has happened on other Wi-Fi networks and different locations. I've even watched on my TV at home and it happens often. Please fix.

Pros: a lot of shows although some of it are unavailable, the entire show should just be taken off the app not just grayed out. Cons: Too many ads, too touch sensitive, you can easily lightly touch your way somewhere you didn't want to go, overall an ok app but not worth $25, more like $7-8.

The application performs exceptionally well on the Fire TV platform. However, there are a few areas where the user interface could be improved, such as adding dedicated sections for video-on-demand content. As a paying customer, my primary concern is the inability to utilize the application on my S24 Ultra device due to consistent force closures. The ability to watch content during breaks would be a valuable feature. Despite these issues, the application offers great value for its price point.

We found Philo back in 2019 & we love it! I hope they get TNT, FX, & E!...Philo makes Sling look geriatric 🥱 **Update** We have decided to end our subscription to Philo. This was a really hard decision, but the ads {commercials} are so repetitive that it drove one of my sons mad. We'd be watching a program, and almost five minutes into it, this annoying TSTCU {"technically BETTER"}commercial would run. My son is a 22 y.o with Asperger's, and he was absolutely annoyed by this.

The price is a little spendy for the level of stored content mixed with the commercial frequency, and the app isn't available for PlayStation users (which is my primary source). They also seemingly recently removed the "New Episodes This Week Section" which was how I decided what to watch on it. Otherwise, it's quite nice; the content isn't widely available elsewhere, and the app itself works well.

I understand the commercials to make it cheaper and I also believe in free speech but these Trump ads actually saying lies is not free speech. It's unacceptable and your company should know better. I don't mind the Trump ads as long as they're accurate and truthful. if this keeps up I'm canceling our account. I do not need this service that badly to put up with childish misinformation and lies by some orange idiot. It is dangerous to our country and you are helping to push it.
