Since a new version of the app was installed, the data of the [phone] is no longer synchronized. Particularly annoying: not even the time zone could be changed! The watch was completely useless on vacation and was actually supposed to record my sporting activities.

App freezes
A synchronization with my Polar watch is no longer possible, the app freezes constantly during this time. You then have to constantly close and restart the app completely and hope that it will work out at some point - very annoying!

Does not work with ios
You can no longer sync your watch and phone. The Polarflow app is not working "service is unavailable right now". For Polar, there is no customer service where there is a human, and no place to take the watch and phone.

So my Polar watch is great. The app, however, is incredibly bad. Cumbersome, complicated and many functions are missing! This should be urgently reworked and it should also be looked at how other manufacturers solve it...

Great when sleep data syncs
For some reason there is a delay between when I wake up and when I can get my sleep data to appear in the app. The first day it worked seamlessly, since then I seem to have to refresh multiple times, reconnect my sensor to the app and my phone. It's not as seamless as my Fitbit used to be. I do love the detail I get with Polar, but simple it is not.

Unable to create an account
The app may be good, but you still have to manage to create an account. When I logged in, the app didn't recognize my password and the email supposed to change the password never arrived. Second attempt with another email address, result, same mess. I was planning to buy a watch from the brand, I'm going to turn to the competition...
