Update: Thank you for your response. However, I find it disappointing that your template response fails to acknowledge the deeper issue of accountability. Rather than addressing the systemic issues raised in my review, it seems you're simply deflecting with a generic response. This has only highlighted the lack of genuine support for users further reducing the trust that can be placed in your platform. Original Post: As someone who's been part of the Poshmark community since 2016, I feel compelled to share my journey as both a buyer and seller on the platform. While I don't believe Poshmark is a scam, there are some glaring issues that need urgent attention, particularly in their support and handling of fraudulent behavior. Poshmark has systems in place to support scammer activity, as I have personally experienced which has left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. Additionally, the companies lack of accountability undermines the trust and integrity of the platform. It is evident that Poshmark needs to review and revise its policies and procedures regarding buyer complaints and seller support to ensure fairness and respect for all members. Despite these challenges, I've also had some positive experiences selling great items to fantastic buyers, and discovering amazing finds from wonderful sellers. However, like far too many others, I've also fallen victim to scams perpetrated by both buyers and sellers. Unfortunately, I've often felt powerless to seek resolution, knowing that Poshmark's investigations may not always be fair or thorough. As a result, I now approach selling on Poshmark with caution, lacking the confidence that I'll receive the support and loyalty I once expected from the platform. While I still make purchases on Poshmark, I've stopped actively promoting or recommending the site to others. My positive experiences stem more from the integrity and professionalism of individual users rather than the platform itself. Poshmark is annoyingly inundated with inactive users and scammers and their support leaves much to be desired. Overall, despite benefiting from the platform, I've lost trust and confidence in Poshmark. It's crucial for Poshmark to take immediate steps to address these issues and regain the trust of its community members.

Disappointing
The app is hard to navigate. If you receive a message about an item you've posted, you can't find the message. Their “help” section isn't helpful and you can't even leave enough feedback to let them know what the issue is. When posting an item, the shipping piece isn't clear. I know their trying to be clever, but the way they have things set up is not clear what things are-to me “my closet” doesn't scream “item I've listed for sale”. I want to like this app but so far I've found it more frustrating than not.

WAY too many notifications
I had to either delete the app or turn off notifications. They send so many stupid notifications all day long!!! I don't need pointless “motivational” things sent all day long.

Scammers
As a seller on Poshmark, I'm getting frustrated with every single time I post a new listing I get scammers trying to get me to send pics off app and complete “transactions” as well off the app. This has not been a good experience for me and I don't think I'm gonna stay on very long as a seller unless something is done about this.

PM editor makes this app awful with their flood of inappropriate messages burying useful ones. Also the inability for private questions to sellers, and the apparent inability to prevent randos from following you.
