Miserable all
After I got a new phone I can't easily id validate me again, it just says "no access to the internet" I can also not add an extra email address, it also fails when I have to press approve on the email that arrives. Have tried to delete app and delete user - nothing helps!!

This is the second time they lost my shipment, I received a notification that the shipment has been delivered but I didn't received any shipments. Contacting the customer service isn't helpful as they asked me to contact the sender to make a claim. I asked them to contact the driver as I just received the notification but they refused, not professional and not helpful.

Bottennapp!
Waited all day for a large and heavy delivery home from Postnord, was supposed to be delivered today according to the app. At 17.30 there will be a notice that the two front doors are available to pick up at Postnord's central station at Elektronikhöjden in Järfälla!? Alternatively, delivery home tomorrow (which I choose because I don't have a trailer). A whole day wasted, and half the day tomorrow. Lousy not to announce this until now. Sharpening!!
