Cannot sign through facebook
I don't know where's the problem but I cannot even sign in with fb (iphone12proMax)...after ligging into fb and clicking continue it stays on the sign in methods page and nothing...can you fix that?

All wrong. I installed it because it seemed simple and practical, but at the first class the teacher didn't connect and on top of that they charged me for the class. I'm still waiting for them to answer my complaint. I thought about giving it another chance and I scheduled a class with another teacher and she wrote to me shortly before starting to ask me to postpone it... All wrong. The app charges without giving the classes and the teachers are not serious.

In the app to find professors but I can't stand that after the first lesson I'm forced to subscribe. I would like to do single lessons without commitments and I can't but I have to bind myself to a professor.

Single-sided design
The fact that lessons simply expire after 28 days is very negative, you then pay for nothing and Preply cuts money without performance. This is far from contemporary. Especially since most tutors only offer appointments for the next 14 days anyway. Tutors do not show up for lessons (this usually applies to trial lessons) or like to postpone them at very short notice a few hours before. However, you cannot cancel 1 hour in advance, but at least 12 hours in advance. Very one-sided and annoying if you get the appointment postponed 1 hour before. Prices that are displayed are usually not correct because everything is designed for dollars, when the tutor then occurs to increase the price by 27% !!! Can he do that and you either pay or say goodbye. I can't find much good long-term learning here and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
