THIS PROGRESSIVE APP IS TOO COMPLICATED.I WILL BE LOOKING FOR A NEW INSURANCE COMPANY BEFORE MY POLICY EXPIRES IN OCTOBER.ITS SO COMPLICATED.I REGRET SIGNING UP WITH PROGRESSIVE.

Impossible to know your estimated upcoming 6 month payments with Progressive.

Progressive only says “paid in full “ whenever you check for what you'll owe. Progressive drops a warning about a week or so before payment is due. Useless for planning upcoming payments.

I have been charged for insurance on a vehicle I never owned as well have had an collections account added to my credit report I have been trying to get something done about this for 2 years and just keep getting the run around I was told to call GM FINANCIAL you say that is who I have a loan through I DO NOT!!! YOU WANT A LETTER FROM THEM BUT THEY CANT HELP ME BECAUSE IM NOT A CUSTOMER. CONTACTING MY ATTORNEY ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. STAY AWAY THEY ARE RUNNING LARGE SCALE SCAM, RUDE CUSTOMET SER LIARS

It's not fancy. It's basic and simple. and it works. I am never worried when I need to long on to this app. It doesn't have 5 stars because I have a hard time finding information about my policies sometimes. I would think that information is in one area, but then I search and search and never find it.

Does not work for snapshot. It picks up some trips, but mostly does register.
