considering app does not work at all as completely fails to activate registration. so can only give one star. luckily machine worked perfectly and no hunting for machine was right by entrance.

It's a pity that you don't have 1 hour of free parking at the store. If we hadn't come in with Qpark, we would have had 1 hour of free parking at the Plus above the garage. Now for 10 minutes 1 euro with you! Next time to not leave the app on.

Good app with potential for improvement
In itself, it is a good idea to handle the parking processes quickly and easily. Unfortunately, I am missing a simple but crucial function that could be integrated really quickly. Unfortunately, the app does not cover my usage scenario, like that of many others. If I have short-term leasing or long-term rental for six months or less and accordingly always receive a new car with a different license plate, while the previous one is returned registered, I would like to limit the use to a certain period of time for the respective license plate in advance so that I don't have to stress myself to remember to remove the license plate from the app every time.

I would like something to be seen on my phone immediately after checking out, from the parking garage, that I have actually checked out. Just like I see with other parking apps.

Achtung, Phishing!
The app suggests easy payment with 4 payment methods, including PayPal. But only after you have entered various data (including even the license plate) and created an account, you see that PayPal is not offered at all. Instead, you can use another payment method such as "Sofort" via dubious third-party providers. Salami tactics are also used here. First, a mobile phone number is asked. What for, is not mentioned - a clear violation of the GDPR. Subsequently, one after the other and not at the same time, for an e-mail address. Okay, I still entered them. Finally, I am supposed to enter my access data from online banking, which would not only be a stupid idea, but would also violate the terms and conditions of my bank and the Money Laundering Act. So he broke off. Now two shady providers have various data from me, but the promised benefit is completely absent.
Q-Park - Product Description
By adding their car registration in the app, Season Ticket holders at PaSS car parks will be able to enter and exit by having their number plate scanned at the barrier. PaSS is only live at selected Q-Park car parks.
