Rakuten Poor customer service
I think this is a disservice to your customers where there is not a customer phone number for the consumer to reach you directly. I have written and 10 times and no one has responded back to my email message. If I do not hear anything I will go on social media.

UPDATE I just sent a screenshot of the email I received from your people I have had this for 2 weeks all the while trying to add my PayPal account as well as my own secure card. Will not accept either. Tried reaching out only to get an email saying they are busy, but will get back to me. Have never heard back from anyone. Wth kinda place is this!

I signed up for Rakuten assuming that they pay out your cash back rewards on the dates payouts are said to be scheduled on their app. Not true. I ordered things while watching my cash back "reward" multiply but the scheduled payout date came and went with nothing in my attached PayPal account. When I asked, I was told that this number was not a "confirmed" number and that it "takes time" for stores (?) to confirm this. Maybe they shouldn't post a payout schedule and make it seem like you'll get

What a scam
I had been using it for a few days and I was really liking the application. I then sent my referral code to my mom and my partner so they could sign up as well. Well, after they signed up all of our accounts were suspended along with all of the cash back we had earned. I guess this app is a “one house hold” kinda of thing. And there's no way for us to contact support. When I tried using the chat it wouldn't even let me talk to an agent.

If I have to create an account using my personal information before I can see what the app actually does, it gets an automatic one star review and deleted from my phone. If you want to sell my personal information, I want to see what I'm getting in return first.
