I logged out with an email that no longer existed and couldn't get back in. I had to create a new account and I couldn't find a way to contact them to stop charging me rappi prime on the inactive account. They don't have service channels for this type of case, they don't care, I've been paying in an inactive account for 4 months and there's no way to contact anywhere, what disrespect, they don't answer support emails and there's no phone to communicate. For wanting to automate everything

There is no coverage in any area where I pass. Only in the eastern sector of Santiago are there places to buy. As for the plans. The base plan is good for absolutely nothing, if you save it would be useful perhaps in the tenth shipment. Go for the Pro plan if you really use it at least 2 times a week, at least it helps me at work when we order between several.

Terrible support I tried to communicate with an assistant and I didn't get a response so I left my claim, and on top of that they have made me a rappi pro charge without being subscribed to that application and that service unbalancing all my accounts and now I have to pay interest on other services because of that charge

Unintentionally I bought some membership, these were cancelled I sent them an email to refund what I paid, for the charge then later if it was done, they sent me an email telling me that the membership and the charge would not be made, but if it was done I sent them a bank receipt and even if they have not returned anything. Apart from that, I noticed that if the app is designed to not receive complaints or make refunds, it was difficult to find their email and they paid some attention to me.
