E transfer doesn't work on app which sucks as the app has a higher transfer limit than online browser does.

Very Ugly, no real 2FA
App looks like it's from 2007, no authenticator apps or passcodes means we're a sim swap attack from drained funds

Not a practical app
The app isn't practical. It looks too over processed and reminds me of a desktop application. Things like finances work better when it's more black-white and practical, less pretty. Consider adding an option for people who just want to see numbers and not take in a landscape of developed design.

Application not usable on tablets. App only intended for Canadian residents and does not work in Europe. The NFC function is random.

Viewing the Chequing Account and Visa crashes the App
The application crashes whenever I click on the Chequing or Visa account. Could this be fixed in the new update, because the app is unusable.

Allow search from anywhere. Add “report a bug” within the app
1) Bug. Its impossible to find RBC app from anywhere on the phone (not the case with any other app on my phone). User have to be in the list of applications to find it. 2) Add “Report a bug” within the app. What you dont understand is you are not getting 99% of reports because technologically advanced users like will not spend 10 min browsing your overloaded website to find a way to submit a bug!

Been a long time client of RBC for over 20 years. Use email money transfers like everyone else in the world and now RBC besides asking basic information like login info is asking for additional information when sending the emt like passport and driver license numbers. This is completely over the top in regards to my privacy and security of my info. I do weekly transfers to another bank in my name for years and now I can't. Phoned RBC and told them I will be switching banks & moving mortgage.

Email Money Transfer requiring too much personal info
