I put the correct account and routing numbers and the recipient didn't receive anything. I feel like I was scammed out of $100, this is the second time I sent money to the US and the person didn't receive. I don't know how this app has so many high reviews, im livid.

Sent money days ago to my friend it still hasn't reach her…. Tried reaching customer service which was an impossible task . Y'all make your self happy and use another app it's not worth the stress Remitly gives

Be careful when trying to make a transfer through this company because mine gave an error and in this case the money may take for 10 days to return to your account. This is unbelievable.

Cancel process is worst
Intial process was nice were if you cancel the transaction on same day or few hours then no debit happened, now even in cancellation is processing still they debit my amount How this could happen; worst logic

Don't be fooled by the lower initial exchange rate it's not worth the headache to get your money. Use OFX. The day after I was to receive my transfer, I was sent a two page application releasing all my information to an unknown bank. That was not and never going to happen. I called,and I received total nonsense that if I wanted to cancel my transfer,it would take 15 days to get my money back to do a transfer with another company (OFX). Careful of scammers
I was a victim of an online scam. This app partners with the Muslim Commercial Bank from Pakistan and puts it on its front page. A lot of scammers use this app to get money. Remitly knows this but does nothing to remind its users. It puts the MCB bank its front page when it knows a lot of scams happen everyday with it. When I called, the only thing they could do is to send an email to that bank. This app is shady and has no conscience.
