Does anyone know how to buy a ticket with the app? I have tried up, up, down, R2, R2, triangle, square, start and select (at the same time) and I don't get any station either at origin or destination... A disaster for over 2 years.

The app has a simple and easy-to-use interface. It's only in English and I think it should cover more languages. There is a recurring problem that deserves attention. When you select the desired travel date during the checkout process, the date changes, usually bringing the trip forward by one day. On the last purchase, out of distraction, I didn't notice the error and continued. Then I had to cancel the tickets.

The app is horrific, the furthest thing from reality, the schedules of the app don't match the real time, what then is the purpose of this app? Hello.... I need help.... please I have a recurring subscription to Alcazar de San Juan from Madrid.... for three weeks .... I travel every day round trip as I live next to Alcázar station but I work in Madrid.... 10 days ago I received a notification of imputation of a miss to a trip, something that I have never missed any trip since I could not because I did not miss my work .... and 5 days ago I received another accusation for another fault and non-cancellation of my trip
