I've been a member for 5 years. This app has become extremely buggy and if they do not fix it I'm just gonna start selling on eBay and delete reverb.

Can't sign in with Facebook
Created account in desktop using Facebook as sign in. Downloaded the app, but when I try to sign in with Facebook, it just says "internal server error". Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and same issue. Disappointing.

Good alternative to eBay for electronic instruments
I find better quality gear on Reverb, sometimes at a better price than eBay. Service from sellers has always been excellent. The app itself is OK, some things could be improved, for example which synths it shows you, i dislike have to wade out loads of modular gear i have no interest in. Overall a welcome addition to the marketplace.

Bad platform, rip-off
If you use Reverb Payments, Reverb eats up almost 10% of the proceeds, including postage. The Reverb Payments is more expensive than any other payment provider I know. The offers on Reverb are also more expensive on average than elsewhere. So you can forget about it as a buyer and as a seller.

No line of communication instant 1 star
There is simply no way to submit an inquiry to reverb as it has been abstracted away to AI chat bots. So here is my feedback: please stop showing me local pickup only listings when my search filter is for continental us shipping. I don't care for a pedal that is 2500 miles away from me for local pickup only. Thank you.
