I keep getting "something went wrong" when i try to submit a offer to a gig that was reposted, the Pins don't highlight anymore!

Worthless waste of time
Worked for this app for four years, never stole anything always delivered, etc. I was a top tier employee! Me and my girlfriend was using this app. I set up the morning routes while she got the kids ready for school. I started the gigs, than after the kids were dropped off both of us went out for deliveries. But problem they deactivated me and my girlfriend becuase I started the gigs. So they said I was using someone else's account. Now my side gig cash that gave my 7 kids grocery money is gone. Said it was fraud. Meanwhile prices of gigs have gone down. It's a waste of time.. and you do your taxes write down real expenses and they hold your return to do a review because your underpaid. Meanwhile a remote product lead that makes 75000 a year.

roadie is poorly designed, don't expect to get in touch with support when you really need to, THEY WIILL NOT BE THERE FOR U, Ive need trying to talk to a roadie support agent for almost 3 days now , it's almost like they don't even have a support team🤣 what is going on?

Very very poor app
Listen the driver support will get back to you 2 hours later causing you to lose other orders. Also they treat there drivers like a piece of meat with no respect.

This is the worst company ever with the worst possible customer support. They don't pay you when they give you the wrong address. They have an Indian call center support that constantly hangs up on you. They saturated the market with drivers so bad you can't make money. Go get a job at McDonald's. I could list a myriad of other things but trust me. They are and continue going down hill . Don't do it

I contact rodie support. There app won't let me confirm delivery. Support ask for pictures of the drop off of the delivered items. I send the pictures. Support states it not clear what the drop off point is for identification. My pictures show clearly that the delivered items are directly in front of the address security gate of the location of delivery. No real help from rodie Support. This is not the first time the rodie app has had this issue.
