Needs more work

Turn by turn directions are inconsistent and not enough lead time to make turns. Does not appear to be Apple phone compatible as it keeps on dropping CarPlay after a while.

Didn’t even use it.

It was somewhat clunky. It also forces you to switch back and forth from their app to Google maps or some other map. Frustrating. I am jot happy I wasted $50

Good till it froze

The app froze so I had to delete and reinstall and all planning is lost. Screw it. Subscribed for one week free trial and it charged me for the first month anyways. Now have to get a refund. Well use paper map.

Worst Customer Service ever This app's subscription model is a complete scam! After innocently trying their trial membership, I was hit with a whopping $60 charge because I forgot to cancel in time. Despite canceling immediately afterwards, they refused to refund my hard-earned money. This app's greed knows no bounds. Save yourself the headache and don't even think about downloading it. They're only out to squeeze every last penny from unsuspecting customers. Stay away!

Bought the annual membership and I have not found any value of this service. The free sites offer more benefit as far as I have found.

New updates completely wrecked my planned trip

Kicked out of current tier with changes and put in Basic which left me suddenly unable to unlock my trip. When I tried to clean up my account to see if that would allow access, it deleted the entire trip instead. Basic is a total waste of money for a trip of more than a few days, and I'm really upset to lose all my work.

Renewal mislead me and locked me out of my trip.

I had auto renewal and had a trip already mapped months before. I didn't know I was locked out of a roadtrip that was planned months before and hadn't occurred yet when my subscription auto renewed and since I didn't upgrade to the new options, I am unable to view my trip, even though there is nothing special about the trip. Nothing was being used that is new. Total scam and now they won't let me view my trip or refund me as I no longer want their service.

Unfair customer service

I used the free trial for a road trip and wasn't able to cancel it in time and it charged me for a year subscription. I emailed support to ask for a refund since I won't be using the service and they refused stating a no refund policy. I find it unfair to only offer a 1 year subscription in the first place, especially for an app like this. There's no way I'm road tripping year round so maybe a 1 week or 1 month subscription would make more sense since people don't usually road trip for longer than that? It feels like they're trying their best to take your money so don't bother, find a different service.

This was a wonderful app until they started charging a tiered membership fee. I deleted my account and won't turn back, oh well.
