Useless
The app says they tried to deliver my package on Saturday morning but no one was in. I was in until 1pm. No one came. So they said they will try to deliver again on the next working day, which would be Monday. So the package was then posted through my letter box on Sunday when I was out. Honestly, sort it out.

Only been using it for a short while but one item can't appear to be tracked and another I have to manually add to the app...why don't all Royal Mail parcels get automatically added in??

Login details correct on the web yet the App doesn't recognise it! Forever crashing & no way of deleting previous delivered items. Worse still, I have contacted their customer services via the website & via here on many occasion but I have yet to receive any reply! Last moan, Royal Mail charges are ridiculously high compared to any other courier company & unless you pay even more money, their parcels aren't even tracked & their claims procedure is extremely lengthy then they pay you in stamps!!!
