A trash fails more, it works
Now it can't make transfers because it was updated and only leaves you the option of immediate (which the bank has capped) with which it gives you a mistake ) or programmed so if you want to make a transfer between your accounts, you can't until the next day, it gets worse and worse

It's all very well but
The app is very cool compared to the previous one. I would add more economic control charts that would make it more visual. When you make a payment online and it tells you to approve the operation from the App it doesn't let me and makes me turn on the computer to validate it from the browser. That's a very big handicap. Since the last update, bizum has stopped working.

Nice design but doesn't update the information correctly
The App is now more modern and intuitive, but it does not correctly update both the available balance and the transactions made. They must correct this problem, because you don't know what balance you really have at any given time.

Trash Finance Option
I don't know why things change to make them WORSE. Finances used to look better and clearer. There are expenses that the app decides not to count you, and you can't modify it in any way. It used to be much more visual. Did you have a savings goal? Forget it, that option is no longer there. In short: unfortunate.

Bad app or service. Very few paperwork is available to do. The application is slow, opening, executing the actions... For anything you want to do, it's slow. The service goes down more times than it is available. It's the worst online bank out there. In person, it's very good if you can go to one of its very few offices. They fail to pay bills. Regrettable application with continuous errors for years
It is incredible how after years to this day this application continues to give continuous login errors, continuous failures in the password, asks for caiceo and registration every 2 × 3, for any functionality there is little efficiency.
