I had to undergo nasal surgery due to an accident, and my doctor prohibited me from flying. However, Ryanair refused to cancel my ticket. They said they would charge the normal fee for changing the flight date, even though buying a new ticket was cheaper than the change fee. Be very cautious when purchasing from this company.

Every time I want to check the App it tells me that I have to download the most recent version, which in my case is approx every 2 weeks. If it doesn't work well. But how heavy this thing of not being able to consult it if you don't have the latest version.

Customer unfriendliness and rip-off have a new level! I've been trying to book a flight via the app for several days, but again and again the payment breaks off (no matter which methods). After back and forth on the customer hotline, they hung up with the words: This is my problem, I should get information from my bank. My account was well covered for this expense at all times, today I tried again and suddenly it works. But the flight costs NuN 50€ more. IMPUDENCE

It does not allow you to put the discount on residents of the islands (Canary Islands) it allows only Ceuta

Very worst airline, no guidance to tourist on airport, then after charging heavily for boarding pass & luggage , reached before 4 hrs of departure asc tourist but no guidance and help of any counter of this airline
