I just wasted 4 days if my time, a trip to Sam's Club store, 1 hour on the phone because my address and other information were not shared. I ordered Eddie Bauer water sandals online. I stayed at home awaiting delivery only to be notified by Federal Express that delivery had been attempted 3 times but no one was home. On the forth attempt the online tracking said it was the wrong address. I went to the closest Sam's Club to verify my address. It was correct. I went home and talked to federal express customer service which would not tell me the address of attempted delivery but it was not the address of either my business or home. I went back to Sam's and was given a phone number for online Sam's because customer service at the store does not work with online orders. I then went home and calked online and found out that the address in file was an old business address I have not used in 3 years. I then was faced with waiting another week for my order or cancelling. I cancelled. This was 100% Sam's Club's fault. You owe me $11.00 for gas. 3 days of my time away from work @ $800 per day. I will settle for a free pair of Eddie Bauer black size 12 water shoes and 10 years of free Sam's Club PLUS membership.

When I open the scan and go purchases, I cannot click on the item and open it. It is frustrating not to be able to open the item and add it to purchase it if I want to to purchase it as a pick up.

I do not recommend ever using this app. Customer service is by far the worst. It's been weeks since I've seen waiting for my refund. And now you can't get ahold of anyone to ask why I haven't received my refund. 👎🏼

Asks you to sign in but then you need an email code which doesn't come quickly. When it does come it says they hit a snag and need to resend the code. I've been in this loop for days!!

Can't get into my existing account. Would like to use scan & go at store.

I enjoy Sam's club as a whole, however, Member Services is insane! There's ALWAYS a long (6 or more people) line and only one associate helping customers. I spent more time waiting at member services than the amount of time I spent shopping for my 22 items that I bought. Time wasted that I can't get back

The lady at the entrance was extremely rude.

The girl in the bakery with two tone hair and earring in her nose need a class in customer service. She was mean and inconsiderate. Attitude was horrible. Can not believe sams would allow her to work there. Disrespectful is a understatement

Can't access my sams credit card via sams app. It does nothing when I press the sams credit card button in the more section. Same for the short cut under account. Neither do anything when I press the sams credit card. Please fix.
