The App is a pile of bull. every time you try to sort out a photo for ID or upload a cheque to pay in it says "retake photo" or "image too blury" when it's crystal clear...

HATE the new upgrade. Need a magnifying glass ...why is the font so small and everything all cramped.. Sort it out... Consult with customers first - 0 rating!

IMHO it's not as bad as some folks seem to think. I had a glitch yesterday trying to get statements, but today is working just fine. My problem now is when making a payment. Why do I have to rememberand enter my security code and enter a SMS code when I have biometrics set up?

The new update is awful! It's not user friendly and the accounts are disorganised and messy. The app is slow, crashes often, takes longer than 60 seconds to load and often fails tasks like transfers. The older version was much, MUCH better.

Post May update. Slightly worrying that biometric login for the app now says Unlock MONZO!!! Only occurs if I've used the Monzo app previously, not if another biometric log in.

Before you start
We’ll send a One Time Passcode to the mobile number that’s registered to your account. 

Once that’s done, it takes just a few minutes to get started with Mobile Banking. 
1.	Open the app and enter your Online Banking log on details
2.	We’ll send you a One Time Passcode (OTP) by text message
3.	Enter the code into the app to register your device
4.	We’ll ask if you want to set up Touch ID or Face ID to log on 

And that’s it, you’re in. Be sure to allow ‘push notifications’ to get messages from us straight to your phone’s home screen.

Remember …

Never share a One Time Passcode (OTP) with another person. Not even a Santander employee.
Never download software or let anyone log on to your computer or devices remotely following or during a cold call.
Never enter your Online Banking details after clicking on a link in an email or text message.
