Rarely opens
Used to be a great app. The past month the app rarely brings up the login anymore. I've deleted and reinstalled several times. It once froze my phone so completely that nothing worked except Siri voice command to shutdown the phone for a hard restart.

Mostly good app, but difficult to scan checks
Strangely enough, this app scans handwritten checks much better than it does the ones that are printed by the bank itself! however, the rest of the features work fine.

The mobile website is much better than the app experience. Now they're saying that it's going away I'm going to have to go to an ATM to check my balances. The app is garbage.

Mobile crippled.
Change login? Nope No help Don't investigate deposit function if you're only curious or if you change your mind. No Exit. Never Update & then re-enable, especially if one has succumbed to the lure of biometrics. It forces alphanumeric login, and biometrics usage encourages memory loss. No recourse by answering security questions either.

Update crashes app ( iPhone 13 Pro Max)
The app has been crashing since I updated it. iPhone 13 Pro Max. Deleted the app and reinstalled. Restarted phone and nothing.
