Account issues
I set up the account. It has you login I do so and it says invalid email password combination. I reset my password try signing in again and still invalid. I've done this multiple times with still no luck.

This app is kind of in a subpar state. You can't really use this app to communicate with your loved ones very often because it crashes very often. In today's 21st century ages, this shouldn't be happening when it comes to communicating with our loved ones. Or are friends in prison.

this app is the best example i have ever seen of why monopolies are bad for consumers, and i have an economics degree. text connect repeatedly fails to work in every capacity. somewhere between every single day and once per week, i click on my contact in text connect, and it throws me an error stating that the service is not available at the individual's site. this goes on for hours. i have no other method of contact. i have given securus over $7k over six months for a service that barely works.

High prices for an app that crashes all the time. It's the only one you can use, so they don't care about customer service either. They are a predatory company.

Updated, it worked till the lastest update now I open it it crashes. My experience as of past for two weeks has been full of glitchy calls also taking all the money with no calls being made and video session stop working and lastly today the app wont open, not sure what the hell is going on.
