I strongly advise against this service. Delays in transfers are abusive. Recently, I contacted customer service to report that my transfer had been blocked for three days. They promised a refund, but the transfer finally took place, while I was waiting for the refund. On the same day, I used TaptapSend for another transfer, which went smoothly. Avoid this application.

I won't advise anyone to use this app, i made a transaction it has been four good days now the fun hasn't been deliver.

NEVER GONNA USE IT AGAIN !! Their app showed that money was delivered to the recipient's bank account, but it was never delivered. After emailing them the bank statement, they did nothing. Till now, I haven't gotten any answer or money back. They scammed my hard earned money.

I love this app at first when it first started. whenever I send money my recipient receive their money instantly or that same day. compare to May 3rd 2024 I use them for a business's transaction. Day 1 status shows delayed, contacted them on May 6th and ask a refund if by May 7th my recipient don't receive the money. May 7th status change to delivered. today May15th money still not received and Sendwave is not responding. I called them they hang the phone up. I just need my money to be refund.

Doesn't deserve even a quarter of a star.... SCAM!! Sent 50 euros (good thing it wasn't much bigger amount) but the money haven't reached my recipients account.. I kept on calling customer service for few days but got same answers everytime.. " They're having a technical problem and that have patience... tried to refund..UNSUCCESSFUL... CAREFULL GUYS..UNTRUSTED APP...

The application is good, but the limit is very low, 3 thousand per month 😞 I need more limit to send money to Brazil, other than that very good, money arrives fast, easy to send

Really since yesterday at 3pm that my sister sent me the money from France to Cameroon on my orange morny account that now I have not received anything and even worse she calls you several times you don't answer. Sendwave has now become a scam site? More than 24 hours waiting for the money and on which we can't even cancel the transfer. I hope that's not what I think. Thank you for fixing my problem as soon as possible
