Frustrated
Ran into an issue with the e-gift card. Self resolved in 24 hrs. Very hard to speak to a human to get help. Saddest part is there is no helpbot literally loops you in the same phone prompts

I have a login and I've tried logging in and resetting my password numerous times with no luck. I never received a reset password confirmation email. This is been going on for years

The offers are garbage and a nightmare to claim. The app sucks and just keeps looping from my email to the app and back and forth.

I downloaded this app in order to pay for charging my car. It can't find any electric charging stations on the map, and it doesn't give the option to scan the QR code that's on the charging station. Totally useless.

EV charging features are half baked
I am running the app in EV mode which seems like a feature that needs more time. At first it pulls up a completely empty map with no charging stations even if I press “search in this area.” After switching between the Home and Location tabs a dozen or so times , the map finally populates. But it only has Shell Recharge, EVgo, and ChargePoint. Volta stations, free or paid, can not be activated in this app.

App is good, but where are the discounts? I've filled up quite a few times over the past 3 months and they never show up.
