A shame for the brand, I just bought the product and obviously from what I saw in the comments the app doesn't work. I cancel the product immediately.

Firmware updates for headphones???
Every page I've read said this app lets me update firmware to my nonworking Indy fuel. The earbuds work, both register, but the left earbud makes 0 sound. The app has been worthless in helping fix that.

I had heard about the app issues but I liked the bass feature of the EVOs anyways so I went ahead and bought them, luckily the app doesn't seem that important but it's a shame that it doesn't work- not sure how you can be aware of the issue and not bother to fix it

I just purchased the Crusher Evos on sale. I followed all instructions and tried to pair with the app but it's no use. I tried to re-pair and reinstall the app, but nothing is working.

I just bought the Evo crusher and the phone could be paired by Bluetooth but in the app it does not allow me to link it sends me wrong, what do I do????????

The app worked better on my old phone, I currently have a newer phone and my evo crushers no longer connect to the app even though I tried everything

Disappointed
So, I eventually found out that the app only supports a few of the skullcandy products. Everyone that say: “It won't connect.” Is because it's not designed for the app. I have the Hesh Evo's, I looked on the skullcandy support and saw that mine were indeed not supported by the app. It's disappointing because I heard that you could adjust the bass. I'm a sucker for bass. So I'm quite disappointed to say the least. If you want to know if yours connect, if it fails to connect it shows a list of the supported-devices. Hope this helps a little!
