It’s expensive these days for poor sleep
I traded my late father's bed for a sleep number adjustable bed. Since then I have gotten a mattress pad and cover to improve the bed's performance and none of them have worked. The only thing I do enjoy is the adjustable bed frame. I wake up sore and tired. I wish I could exchange the mattress and all for a firmer tempur pedic mattress that has both cooling and heating adjustments. If I had known how poor my sleep would be I wouldn't have bought it.

The sleep app is good. Rewards part is awful
I love the sleep app. Wake up to check my score and health metrics every morning. Use it to adjust the bed, mattress, temp, etc. But the rewards are time consuming, the points don't always show up, and if you calculate the dollars earned it calculates to about 50 cents an hour. Trying to earn rewards toward another sheet set. But I am ready to give up.

They should really allow you to connect to Alexa or Google to adjust this bed faster than it takes the app to open and find your settings.

Good but could be better
The app is easy overall but some of the buttons at the bottom could be more specific in regards to functionality. Sometimes I don't know where to go for what and it's confusing. But once I figure it out, it's on the easier side. This app could be more user friendly, but also isn't too hard to navigate.

The bed is outstanding! But the app will not let me log in and get my data at all on a Samsung s21. It will, however, allow me to adjust both sides of the bed. So five stars for the bed and 3 for the app.

Relocation
I just purchased my bed in March 2024 (paid in full), I absolutely love the bed, however, we have to move from our location and into a new place. You do not offer a service to do this. Instead it's $250 to disassemble and then we have to move the bed and you charge another $250 to assemble it! So basically we bought a bed that can never leave the house! When purchasing the bed this was never mentioned! Paying $15,000 for a bed that can't be located is absolute highway robbery!

LOVE the bed. Only issue is if I'm in bed relaxing, it assumes I'm sleeping. Feature that started to measure sleep when bed goes into "flat" vs zero gravity while watching TV would better the actual sleep monitor
