Useless app. No real reason to have it, it doesn't really turn AC on or off and it always says door is either unlocked or jammed when it's not. Just another thing to have to pay for. I've used it maybe 4 times out of the 2 yrs I've had to have it and each time it either didn't work or it took hours to pick up command.

App needs work. Many times, the app was under maintenance, yet there are still issues. It's always taking too long to respond or not responding at all. Sometimes I have to force stop the app just to get it working again.

my app shows me the system is always jammed, the thermostat is offline and has been since it was installed 😞

garbage technology company. The wifi keeps kicking off my devices. Tells me my password is wrong when it's not. Customer support is horrible. Wait times are insane.

Smart key offline
Smart key was “offline” recently and I sent in a call back request. I was locked out because smart key was “offline” that was 2 days ago & I'm still waiting to hear back from you. Not so smart & not efficient. Please advise. Thank you

App is challenging to use. It's always on troubleshoot mode. I can never use my the app to unlock my door. Truly frustrating

Sometimes it just refuses to work
Like the title says sometimes it just shows the wrong info, doesnt unlock/lock doors, sends the request super late so my door unlocks 2 minutes later, etc. Super sketchy and I don't trust it to lock my front door. If your complex offers to put the system in prevent if you can.
