The app used to be good. After an update that changed the look, it does look nice, but it is slow, unresponsive, sometimes completely unusable, and always an annoyingly bad experience. One good thing is that it saves me money over the previous version because I often crave something but decide that it's just not worth messing with the app to try and get it to work.

The app needs an update. It makes it difficult to add new gift cards and impossible to delete old gift cards that only have a few cents on the card. Also, slow when changing the location of the Sonic.

Downloaded the app, but can't sign in to the app or the website. "Account already exists" is the response to all my attempted log-ins.

Lots of bugs. Used to be better. It randomly logs me out. I can be sitting at Sonic making an order, and it tells me I'm a long way (0.0 miles). It doesn't automatically move to the nearest location.

Signs you out of the app every other time you go to use the app. I'm never able to log in successfully, and if you change the password it still won't let you in.

the app worked nicely for placing my order exactly as I wanted, however after arriving & checking in via the app (again was nice) I was given a time by the app for delivery of my order...but my order kind of arrived 12 minutes after the time I was given & I say "kind of" b/c only part of my order was brought & I had to tell him (who was nice but seemed a little confused & thats OK b/c he may be a newer employee) part of my order was missing & it took 2x going inside to correct.
