Ridiculous Schedule Change
I understand schedule changes, but to move us, including my 85 year old mother, who has never flown before, from a direct flight between Orlando, FL and Rochester, NY to options that require extremely early morning departures; under 1 hour transfers in the Baltimore; and no longer any direct flights between the two cities is ridiculous. If you offered a direct flight previously, you need to keep a direct flight available to your customers. Not offering one is poor customer service and inconsiderate of your customers. Up until this point, I have been very pleased with Southwest, but now I am starting to question if this is an airline I should continue to support. Kind regards.

App doesn’t work, it’s a complete waste of time
I have tried over and over to just login and the app won't let me. I've reset my password twice but the app won't open. Junk software! Don't waste your time!!

The app isn't accepting my username and password, which I've had for years. I was trying to check a bag and couldn't log in.

Changes to my reservations
I have booked two trips in the last month and both have been rescheduled within days of my bookings. Flights to and from Chicago in June were changed for three of us. Flights for 2 the Friday following Thanksgiving were eliminated and now there are no direct flights that day. I am slowly rethinking my loyalty to SWA.

Crashes when you need it most!
Annoys with unnecessary messages and then crashes when you try to check in for their cattle call line! I guess this is what I get when I try to save a few bucks using an “economy airline.”

Annoying! - I logged in and was ready to check in and the app kicked me out and made me re-sign in. I'm not a happy customer at the moment.

I was logged in. I tried checking in right at 11:05am. The website said my session expired and I had to log back in. I then tried back and received group [phone]. 😕 Patricia

Early Bird
I pay for early bird but then get a B boarding! It's bad enough you let all the scammers board before the A group but now I'm boarding after the families? what's the point of buying early bird?
