The Spectrum tv app on my phone stop working a month ago.
The Spectrum tv app stop working on my phone weeks ago and have downloaded a new app several times but it still does not work. I called Spectrum and the are no help. The app does not work and Spectrum needs to fix it.

Update2: FuboTV purchase and installed in 15'. Don't waste time on spectrum. Worth paying for quality. Signed up as gift for family member to watch guardians baseball only to find app won't work on one of the best media streaming systems, Nvidia Shield TV Pro. Tried to then use Bally Sports App to use spectrum account to watch Guardians, it does not work either. Will be cancelling the service in the morning. Need YouTube TV to get all sporting rights and end the nightmare, they are superb.

Spectrum TV app problems
The app is very buggy it constantly hangs up the audio seldum syncs with the video. We record tv shows and lint to watch the playback and advance through the commercials. The app stops and hangs up and we have to go back. We were told we could record up to 100 programs. It now seems we con only record up to 50. The constant crashing and inability to sync audio is frustrating. This app is not ready for prime time. It's like a beta version.

Worst app ever on AppleTV
Clearly you all are afraid of losing cable box dollars. First, you make changes to eliminate CableCard usage with TiVo; and now you've made your app unusable with AppleTV. The picture quality constantly bounces out of 4K back to the quality from the 80's. Yours is the ONLY app with which I have any of these issues. With my monthly bill well over $200, it's time to cancel and go with other more stable options.

This app gets worse with every update
WHAT A GENIUS IDEA TO DEFAULTING A VIDEO STREAMING APP WITH AUDIO MUTED??? What is the purpose of this app to watch cable channels or to training learn to do lip reading. Who would even request such a feature with no option to enable or disable it? sounds like somebody in high places or clueless developers doesn't want people to know what they may be watching. Clueless app development by people who who are truly clueless. Are there any other video streaming apps that default with audio, muted Netflix, Amazon?, Hulu?, literally every cable network and news app all do not default, mute audio. Try un muting hitting the sweet spot of that little X in the speaker when you have larger hands is insane considering the purpose is to watch video and audio not look at video only. The only Cable video app with muted audio at least add the option to disable this brain dead feature.
