Very upset about the flight delay on our connecting flight you guys moved our flight till the next day, and we had to sleep in the airport! 2 women alone in some random airport sleeping overnight!!! I will NEVER be flying with spirit, this has been the worst experience ever, no wonder everyone told me flying with spirit is like going on grayhound! You guys are disorganized, dirty, messy, chaotic, exactly what everyone had said Dont fly with spirit!!!!

I am really yo sed with the staff of spirit
I have pictures for my bag I had the day and it fit perfectly on the scale or the size is recommended but unfortunately the staff of spirit they did not shout me any gratitud though me They were Rudd and so unreasonable I was arguing with the manager to stop treating me like an animal but he really did not care base of my situation that had to catch the fly I feel like they took advantage of me

Getting into my app
I have had multiple problems with passwords or email address, not being recognized and not being able to get into my account on the app or via Internet. Very frustrating that you can't get a hold of anyone for help.

Spirit couldnt find my flight. Cant fault them for system going down but they have a passenger list. I have Id. I have the print out of the booking that shows my name and flight. Missed my flight as when it came back up, they couldnt find it. Thats twice with several years in between I was screwed. Once, shame on you. Twice, shame on me as the sayin goes. NEVER EVER AGAIN. I dont care if it's free. How do you have 4.7 rating? It is a lie. Thats some shady going on.

Terrible first experience with spirit airlines. They randomly changed my flight time to 4PM, then switched it back to 1PM just in time for me to miss my flight. Pick another airline. Do not make this mistake
