just bought Plus, and it's still not showing my top songs and artists

Going from one of the best apps to one of the worst.
Spotistats plus user since 2021. No problem so far, reactive after-sales service. Except that since this year nothing works anymore + non-existent after-sales service. The app becomes useless which is a real shame because at the beginning it was very useful and one of the best I have bought. Having contacted the after-sales service via Discord and via Email and having not received a response for a month, I am losing hope for any future improvement in the situation. It seems to me that developers are overwhelmed by their own app. This should not be felt on the user side. Thank you for the work done but it is becoming difficult to want to keep the app in the state it is today.

Good app
Great app, but too many times I've had issues with certain features included within the app such as the streaming history as though I have listened to a song at certain time it doesn't update it.

Great app but few errors
Not 100% accurate on daily streams and minutes but apart from that's its great bought premium for £3.99 which is a really good price considering its a one time payment
