Stop fixing what's not broken
Before I was able to manage my items remotely from my phone. Now I just get a basic list which doesn't include all of my modifiers and none of my custom attributes. I have to have my laptop or chomebook nearby just to edit or add items. It's been a struggle and we've been with square since we opened our shop.

Bad customer service
13 years that is correct 13 years with them never had a charge off or Disputes , 3 times in 13 years had to refund money cause customer wanted to use different cc , with no good reason they suspend my account loos all my clients saved on there system

Beware of these people. It looks like a great app at the beginning but once you start making some money and have larger transactions they will put a hold on your money and make you answer a bunch of questions and show proof of invoices that the sale is legit. I highly recommend you go with an actual credit card merchant and not these people. Their customer reps are in another country. They don't know how to talk properly or give you any real feedback. They are just useless.

Actually, it was my husband who had the bad experience with them, 10 days waiting for them to deposit his money, for no reason, ahh but if he pays them $30 to give it to him the next day they tell him yes. Scammers are what they are. This is the date that my husband doesn't have his money yet. We never transfer with this company again. 👇 Update after your response: we have had the bank account linked to Square long before this conflicting transaction.

Don’t use
I don't write reviews and I consider myself a very understanding and tech savvy man. Horrible app, it took me 3 days to finally talk on the phone with someone, once I did finally got permission from customer service online to talk to someone on the phone I spent hours on the phone to resolve a simple solution… then I was charged two fees for two transactions (one of which should have been reimbursed) Not recommended.

They will not notify you in a timely manner if they are having processing issues and good luck if you have any issues with their tax reporting that need to be corrected

Poor customer service- Fraud was bring made on my account and they couldn't help me in anyway to stop Egift cards being sold through my app to people crossed the country even after 1 dispute was made. $530 (minus square's fees) from 53 different people was sent to my account, and square was not willing to give back the processing fees to the people that was stolen from using this app. And is making me pay processing fees to refund each of the 53 persons.

It's okay to a certain extent, the bad thing is that sometimes I have events outside the USA and in certain countries it doesn't work.
