Disappointing and pathetic
Not showing all accounts - a reoccurring problem. Please fix it. Still slow and cumbersome. Take a leaf out of Capitec's book and see how it should be done.

Ucount OTP not being received for card activation or redeeming a voucher. I have had this problem for more than a year and still it hasn't been resolved. And my information is correct.

You can't update number without visiting a branch. PayShap name for a business account uses a personal name and the business legal name is not provided in the given options to choose a name. What rubbish this is. What do you think you are doing or who do you think you are helping with the way you provide your services? Zero response when emailed about these issues. Implement a way to update cell phone number without visiting a branch, this app can already do facial verification. Disgusting.
