Hello. I started with the service and I still haven't been able to enjoy it, because it tells me: Active Connected without Internet Unexpected location I wrote to technical support and nothing. I don't know if the problem is in entering the SN code that comes in the shipping box of the Kit, if anyone can help me fix, I would appreciate it. Thank you.

Slowing Down
A few weeks ago, I saw that the download speed has decreased considerably something that I don't like, I would like them to fix that.

Absolutely awful, because I live somewhere rural, necessitating using the service in the first place they are increasing the cost by 30$ a month. A full 1/3 of the current bill. Taking advantage of the fact that we need Internet to function in the modern post COVID world.

I disengaged my account, received confirmation it would happen 17 th April and still have charges trying to go through. I'm not currently able to use the service and will not be paying for it. When I'm able I will turn it back on but will not b forced into debt for a service I'm not using.

On a Pixel 5 (234[hash_id] 90Hz) text runs off the right side of the screen. Under Statistics the Latency section has the summary to the right of the header. This causes the summary to overflow and it's not possible to see the 'last' value. Please put this text under the Latency header instead of next to it. Other than that, app does what it's supposed to do.

Impossible to connect to the application under vpn(,nord vpn in tt case) . Completely unstable connection in speed, it goes from 45 to 290mb ping to 40 minilast year I was at 490mb and ping at less than 20. While before I had obstructions and no more mtn
