Performance issues with this game have gotten worse and worse. Numerous glitches with the game freezing, sticking and stuttering. Problems with mining nodes, ship tags disappearing. Items going missing and support practically calling me a liar stating the items were used and not willing to remedy the issue. Support is non existent. Canned replies blaming devices as the cause. My entire alliance has the same issues. It's not the devices. Grow up and own your problems. Pathetic excuses. Shame!

Game glitching even worse now

All the additions without removing things, including old inventory, is slowing the game down. The focus now on player vs player is stupid and making the game less fun to play. The developers need to refocus on the basics, pare things down, and attempt to make it a more cohesive game.

More Bad, The Overflow is Now Gone. Sheesh

Apparently this is a common problem with this games - Bullying by whales. Which is a big problem in our server. The leader of the bully alliance has admitted he wants to force smaller players out, thereby reducing the number of members - which will force Scopely into another server merger situation. Makes sense if you are an arrogant, big spender, but most of us like(ed) the game, before game updates were introduced that seemed to support bullying over fun. You can fix this if you choose. Suggested Fixes: Recommend anyone who does not have a big wallet, don't bother - you will be targeted. IN OTHER WORDS, DON'T DOWNLOAD. After reaching a certain level, force them into their own server(s). They can still join cross-server wars, but then they go away. Open a new server and publish an offer for people under 45 or so can join. Maybe even ones for 35 and lower. Make it easier for people to leave servers. You have some terrific people playing the game and you have arrogant snakes playing as well. Doubtful anyone will read this, but I hope you do and digest it.

Crashes on iPad all the time

I've been playing this game for several years now. On my iPhones (first 12 Pro, now 14 Pro) it worked perfectly fine, but on my iPads (only 6th gen, now 9th gen) it keeps crashing. Very annoying, because it's actually more fun on the iPad because of the larger display.

Good game, but

I enjoy this game I find it fun, and a nice Star Trek game to play, a couple bugs here and there but nothing really to complain about. Until the game wiped my progress completely and restarted me with nothing, so now I'm pretty annoyed.

This game allows stalking and harassment!!!

This is not a family friendly game! Scopely allows players to stalk and harass you. Reporting them doesn't work, and their chat is just a bot that provides no real help. Just asks for an email to get back to you at some time in the future when they feel like getting around to it. Children beware! Unless you want your kids to be preyed upon by bullies hiding behind a screen who wouldn't treat people that way in real life

Over priced items..it's a fun game but just be prepared to spend if you want to advance. It just seems to be getting worse with every update. You can send in tickets to report your problems but they never seem to resolve any at the player level or the overall game level

Constant crashes, freezes and glitches. Unable to play due to unrestricted pvp where credit card bandits run the game. Constantly adding complicated and time consuming things that detract from gameplay.
