Not a user friendly app. I had tickets to an Orioles game the other day. Having spent 15 mins trying to access my tickets, combined with the feeling of missing the game and a terrible urge to urinate, I decided to go to the ticket window and purchase another ticket instead. I wasn't drunk and I'm not rich, so that was a last resort for me. Surcharges are terrible too. I hate StubHub.

Won’t honor discounts!
Seriously disappointed. I bought 6 tickets for my son's birthday. Months later we attend the game to find out all summer long the stadium is offering 50% off for weekday afternoon games. The stadium couldn't give me a refund because I bought thru Stub Hub. And Stub Hub wouldn't honor the special because “it's offered by the stadium”. I only discovered that using this app will lose me money. Never again. I wasn't even offered a Veterans Discount.

-1 million. HORRENDOUS customer service and app interface
There was no notification on the app that my ticket was sold so I relisted it and now I have a duplicate sale. Tried to contact customer service. Went through 4 agents because 2 just hung up on me in a row. No one was useful. They said I'd be charged for the duplicate sell. Fine, but when I wanted to offer an alternative ticket for my buyer, there was no option on the app to do so. The rep gave an instruction that did not work and he then just hung up. Also, the app is very janky. If you click on anything else you can't come back to the chat. This is not to mention greedy fees imposed on both seller and buyer. If my ticket sold for $120, then I get paid $108. That's $12 fee. But on top of that, buyer has to pay $147+ for ticket. So that's additional $27, totaling $39+ for a $108 ticket. That's 37% of original price.

Shady purchase funnel
They structure the app such that you don't see the final price after fees until you go through about 7 prompts. When the fee turns out to be as much as $99 (for a music festival) I think they're counting on the inertia of your progress to encourage acceptance of this monopolized price-gouging. Partly a business problem, but the app seems built to facilitate it.

Probably one of the worst apps ever designed. They charged me 3 times for the same order only to tell me it's canceled. Never doing business with this company again.
