I am deleting this app after visiting a store to redeem some points for a quick coffee.only to be told I have to buy something as well. As I disagree with this "store policy".

They decided to cut off the app at 5pm, on the 14th, I tried to use my points and the app is "toasted" when I left from home it still worked.... So instead of transferring the old points to the new app, they forfeit all of them. Convenient, isn't it?

Absolutely disgusting behaviour by Subway to expire all customer points instead of transferring them across to the so-called 'new and improved' rewards system. The notice period in itself was a bloody joke! They will never again see a penny from us, or family and friends, alike.

They just updated the app. But now it's not letting me Updated the app. I've uninstall and reinstall it a few times now but it's still not letting me in. I've even try to register it again and it's not even letting me do that too 😑😑

Password reset impossible Nice if you do everything new, it would be cool if the login would also work - but with password reset you get to a wrong link. Sry, you'll have to do it again.
