Not great
Very basic looking app. I love Suncoast but this app looks like a kid made it. Not as user friendly as other bank apps. It gets the job done but I wish it was better.

Um, Sunmobile is not loading all I see is a spinning wheel. Sunmobile is constantly crashing. Perhaps it's time for an upgrade.

This app is decent overall and mostly reliable, but the online check deposit is absolutely excruciating to use. 50 attempts and still not accepted by the app. The designer obviously doesn't realize that perfect lighting isn't possible when taking a picture of a piece of paper with a phone camera.

Photo abilities stink for my android when trying to do mobile deposit. No matter how steady I try to photograph, it looks like I'm running by my checks trying to take pictures. We also need an option when transferring $ for loan repayment to just pay principal or interest instead of having to call.

Good bank but horrible app
I gave 2 stars only because it's a good bank, but come on Suncoast you guys are too big to have an app that looks like a 5 year old made it. Every review I've read is some complaining about the app. When I downloaded the app I was so confused, wondering if I downloaded the correct one. The app just looks so plain and slow. It's almost like you guys just quickly threw something together and hoped for the best! But again great bank but horrible app.

very useful app 98% of the time. Occasionally I will receive a network error message, And I can not see my banking info. I know it's not my network connection as I just got a new setup a week ago. when I do a wifi connection test it says I'm getting great connection. I play online games with no issues. Restart my phone and try again, reconnect to my Wi-Fi and log on for it to tell me I have a bad connection. Great bank and pretty good app. hope the issue can be fixed soon.
