Bait and switch on the prices. I select all my items and it gives me an itemized price. Then I hit the checkout button and it gives me a price that's between $4 and $5 higher with no breakdown of item cost. Going back to the list of items it lists the original price $4 to $5 cheaper. Store is selected before adding items so it's not different store prices, or they don't tell you true store prices till paying.

Can't get an order to save its life. Screwed up my.order for a second time. Won't let me cancel an order; won't let the store manager make it right. Constantly updating and for what? A lousy free taco coupon in the snail mail.

Drinks weren't accessible in app when I ordered. Couldn't order a combo because it wouldn't load drink options. I made sure the app was up to date. Hopefully you fix the issue

If you can manage to login you're already ahead, then fight with 'pymt/internal' errors, if you do manage to submit order it magically never shows on 'history' after pickup. Been "44 points from my reward" for the past 5 orders & it's not like their app has coupons like every other place. The ONLY thing it's good for (when it works) is customizations bc we all know TB is notorious for wrong orders. If McD, Subway, Arby's, and 99% of restaurants can produce a functional app, why oh why can't you?

I used to love the taco bell app. It was easy to use and to customize my order. Lately, I can't even place an order. I've tried force closing the app, uninstalling and reinstalling, even deleting the cache and user data. Ultimately, I had to use the website, and for some reason, you can't order a standalone burrito. I had to order a combo in order to get the item I wanted. This whole process took 25 minutes--I could have made the food myself in that timeframe.

Update: The app has been updated since my last review in 2015. It's worked very well until just recently. It seems I'm unable to process & pay for my orders in the app- It's my favorite feature. 2day I saw that prices increased a bit so I uninstalled the app & did a fresh install. Hopefully that will fix it for me. I do enjoy the TACO BELL app. I am disappointed with this app. I've never been able to "see" the menu in the app...
