Takes forever to Process
Idk why it takes days to process transactions. It makes it impossible to keep trake of money when it takes days to process in the system. They surly don't need to do this. I would find a bank with an immediate processing rate. This is how they do it in Europe. I do not understand the 3 day processing period.

This app is horrible
This app is not secure at all. People who know what they are doing can easily get into your account and Zelle whoever they want by adding a new contact. The Zelle security team is also awful and will do a bad job investigating ultimately saying they can't do anything since it is your personal account. On top of that every update that comes out with this app they still can't get it right. It is very buggy and often crashes.

Can’t use anymore
New update to 15. Have an older phone. This update won't even allow you to go into your account any longer. New features in an update I understand; not allowing entry is a mistake.

The app is quite buggy and hard to use. The Zelle experience looks pretty bad on mobile and very hard to add contacts and/or send money when I can't see what I am typing. (Keyboard covers the input fields and pasting things like email or mobile number are almost impossible)

No longer have TD mobile app due to required increase to iOS or later. Not thinking about how change will impact consumers!!

I have tried 4 time to set this app up, with no success. Your representative, Robin, went through the whole app setup with me and it still won't work! Not good!!!

I would rate it higher but every time i try to change my bill pay by clicking edit it just kick me out and i have to log in for it to do the same thing again
