You cannot cancel hotel with priceline.
Hey guy got this experience this morning with Priceline they didn't have ant to cancel or change the reservation on one of my hotels. Im traveling with my kids from KY to CA and we book hotel at Washington UT through Priceline because it was little bit cheaper and since we driving a car we can make it there and I contact Priceline and try to switch to next day not cancel and they told me they call hotel and hotel didn't want to do it so I called hotel and there manager told me that he told Priceline to switch to next day and pay the difference if needed so i call Priceline again and there customer support told me that the hotel told them that can't do anything to my reservation. This is my first stay with Priceline and i will try to avoid them again. I was with Expedia for years and i will go back again to them.

It's not what it was before
When I used this application for the first time, I was very surprised with the prices, it was my favorite for three years, but in recent times I can't say the same. The customer service is horrible, when I got a plane ticket and any problem arose, canceling it had a penalty of $15, now they tripled that penalty and charge $50, honestly Priceline was not what it was before, not to mention that if The hotels were not what you expected or were not what you saw in the photo, they do not offer you a refund, that is, you are left without protection because Praceline does nothing about it, when they started they were a very good company but apparently they already have the clientele that they wanted and their clients no longer care, it is an application that does not provide good service, does not give guarantees, and is not economical at all

Complete lack of customer service, have requested a callback 4x with no response. Their international call numbers do not work. Took my money and acted like I am a complete stranger. ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE

This is a fishy company. Be careful. Don't trust this company. I made a reservation; I put my full name as it was in my passport, and they caused me to lose my flight because my name was misspelled wrong. This is a bad company.

I will never book with priceline again the customer service is horrible I had to book two reservations they messed up both reservations. The second time I booked my reservations for a Hotel in the Bronx NY they booked me a hotel in WV West Virginia when I told the customer service representative the Bronx NY I understand one mistake but two mistakes then I call customer service and they tell me there will be an investigation with in 24 hrs when the hotel is booked for the next day. Plus I'm out

Very unhappy. Priceline and a hotel agreed to cancel and refund a booking due to a mistake with the date. After a month of no response, I had to file a charge back. Priceline reversed the charge back and will not refund the booking. Unless you are 100% sure of your booking details do not click confirm or you will never see that money again. I requested to start arbitration and was ignored.

Fake Ratings on Hotels and Fake REVIEWS Users of the app are NOT ALLOWED (so that is censorship) to post reviews on hotels. Because the reviews are made Fake. True users are not allowed to post otherwise the reviews could hurt. For instance we booked three reservations within a month they advertise 3 star hotels or 3.5 star hotels those were not even a 1 star hotel. Upon checking reviews on google maps those reviews for the 3.5 star hotels of priceline were horrible.
