Looks like the Scan QR to enter the the GYM is not working. Facing this issue since day 1. Unfortunately I had to enter the gym by providing PIN. Was it an issue, or am I missing any option.

What’s the point?
What's the point of having an app if you don't use it to inform customers of upcoming events. I went to my local gym in Sutton Coldfield this morning at 4am to find it closed? Surely this kind of information would be useful to let customers know

zero customer service, only contact number is an external billing service. No response to emails, no staff members present to help. I visited 4 times to find someone to validate my pin and book a PT but nobody there. I joined a week ago and already I wish I hadn't
