I think the layout of their new phone app and the way it operates are going backwards it took me five times longer to order something today than it used to the computer presents on the browser is even worse now that they've changed it I used to think Lowe's had the worst presents on the computer but now it's home Depot I'm actually limiting my purchases on there now

This app needs a serious overhaul. It consistently disappoints with slow loading product specific pages. The home page I can somewhat understand being slow since there is always so much going on. The product pages seem to either slowly load or populate or just don't. It doesn't matter if I am at home on wifi, cell signal or using the store wifi. I hope it gets addressed soon since I mainly shop in store.
